Smarter Reports does not automatically interpret test results or generate complete evaluation reports. It helps organize reports and insert user-selected content.

Does it write the report for me?

No. It creates report structures and helps insert tables, saved language, and recommendations. The evaluator writes and approves the individualized interpretation.

Do I upload assessment protocols or score reports?

No. The current workflow does not require users to upload test protocols or score reports.

Can I edit the content it inserts?

Yes. All content is inserted directly into Google Docs and remains editable.

Can I customize my report headings?

Yes. Report sections and headings can be adapted to your practice or district requirements.

Can districts standardize report formats?

District and organization settings can support standardized report structures and commonly used content.

Who is Smarter Reports for?

What assessments are supported?

See the Assessment Support section. School psychologists and psychologists can use cognitive, academic, and rating scale measures now. Speech-language measures are planned for a future SLP release and are not available yet. More are being added, and additional support is available upon request.

Does it work with Microsoft Word?

No. Smarter Reports is currently designed for Google Docs.

Is student information sent outside Google?

Smarter Reports is designed to work inside Google Docs and does not require uploading test protocols or score reports. See our Privacy Policy for details on how information is handled.
